Welcome to a flurry (ha! get it!?) of weekend activity from around Special Olympics for another Multimedia Monday!  Without further adieu….

The lead today easily goes to these amazing people.  It’s one thing to do a Polar Plunge for Special Olympics.  It’s always a good time, and it’s always appreciated.  But these folks deserve a special sort of appreciation – they’re plunging in ALASKA, in DECEMBER.  The Associated Press thinks so too!
