Special Olympics Global Ambassadors, the Princess of Monaco, Charlene Wittstock and NBA basketball star, Yao Ming, visited the Shanghai Pudong Special Education School on Monday, March 12. They toured the school, met with instructors and administrators, and played volleyball with the students!
Princess Charlene said at the visit, “Special Olympics is a movement that has always been close to my heart as it uses the power of sport to make incredible changes in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities while transforming attitudes around the world.”
