This week we’re excited to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of our global partner, Coca-Cola. For the last 125 years, Coca-Cola has been sharing happiness and refreshing the world. For the last 43 years (aka when Special Olympics first began), Coca-Cola has been spreading joy by supporting Special Olympics and celebrating our athletes’ abilities on and off the playing field.
Over the last 43 years, we’ve shared some amazing memories with our friends at Coca-Cola, including unforgettable Special Olympics World Games and the 2010 Special Olympics Unity Cup. Plus, thousands of Coke employees have taken the company’s commitment to Special Olympics one step further and developed meaningful friendships with Special Olympics athletes by coaching and volunteering for the movement.
