Special Olympics Haiti Celebrates EKS Day

On Saturday September 24, Haiti joined Special Olympics programs around the world to celebrate the life and legacy of Eunice Kennedy Shriver. In celebration of Eunice Kennedy Shriver Day, Special Olympics Haiti hosted two events. In Port au Prince, 35 athletes at the Specialized Institution Center participated in basketball, bocce, football, dance and table tennis events, while a unified football game was organized in Ouanaminte.

Amazing to see the legacy of Mrs. Shriver spread throughout our Special Olympics programs!
